This is an independent effort. I see NATCA as a valuable tool for advocacy and would welcome their involvement, but I haven't seen them publicly call on the FAA for a base pay increase for controllers.

My goal is to bring these issues forward and push for real change in these specific areas. Anyone—individuals or organizations—who wants to help advocate for fair compensation, better staffing & more efficient medicals is welcome to join the effort.

The outcome is so important that I'm willing to collaborate with anyone who can help achieve it. I welcome feedback and input but most of all improvement in our ATC.
