Question 1 - Has there been any progress introducing flight service into NCEP? I know it doesn't necessarily affect everyone in the short term, but I do believe introducing the experienced controllers into the understaffed terminal and enroute facilities is a no-brainer.
Question 2 - Any updates on the sub phase of NCEP, two in particular, what's going on with the composite score and what criteria will be included in the final score if there's not a composite score?
Question 3 - Do you still feel like the leverage of the 77 article are more important, or do you feel like, hey, these guys do important NAS work, why don't they get fairly compensated for the work that they do?
Question 4 - We can't get a trainee. So my question is, are we at low levels just stuck here, forgotten about having a sit here and watch all the ages go to facility? We would all cut off an arm to go to? Or is there a plan to get more trainees in our buildings?
Question 5 - What is the agency's reaction to people leaving for opportunities overseas?
Question 6 - What is being done about getting facility counts to include ground movements added to the count? If pay raises are an option, why is the counting in facilities, especially the smaller ones, not being pushed forward?
Question 7 - I'm part of the 98% of the workforce has not seen an increase to my pay that was campaigned on. I don't care about equipment. What are you actually doing to address this? You know, are you aggressively pursuing 3.8% at least?
Question 8 - You said that everybody is looking for avenues and and opportunities to increase pay in various ways. What are these plans specifically? No generalities. Be specific. We need to know what the NDP is doing and how they are doing it.
Question 9 - Any updates on the, likelihood of a shutdown and impacts to on that?

Question 11 - Is there a concern by NATCA or the agency with a large number of retirements in the near future?
Question 12 - Can you talk about the class D multiplier & appendix A a little bit more and then more on consolidations?
Question 13 - There is a question about the timeline to address facility definitions and appendix A if there is a timeline, for example, Columbus level nine absorbed Dayton approach level 9 in 2011?
Question 14 - Can you speak on relocation or consolidation? What's being discussed, what's the timeline look like, etc.?
Question 15 - Does the union have their own CPC estimates for the future, or do you and the agency work together to build the one that is published?
Question 16 - ATC is not the IRS. We're not the VA. We're very much different than those federal employees who have lost their CBAs. If Duffy wanted to decertify and rip up the CBA, but it has not been done by now because at some level, he recognizes our staffing issues and sagging morale. But importantly, he recognizes the huge impact that aviation has on the economy in the U.S in a world where the leverage we need not to get loud on social media and news and anyone will listen. The system is fundamentally broken. Controllers are burnout. We need to get tough and stop waiting for everything to be perfect to start fighting for our members.
Question 17 - Do we have the statistics of those who are eligible for retirement but are staying?
Question 18 - Can you provide an update on the consolidation efforts of FAA headquarters personnel to the DoD headquarters building, and what steps are being taken specifically by NATCA to coordinate a joint meeting with both agencies to ensure that smooth and transparent transition for all affected employees?
Question 19 - With the roll out of the BNAS, being the engineers who make sure those systems go in safely have left with the DRP, can we highlight the need for experienced engineers to help this get implemented safely?
