Question 28 - Yesterday you had discussed that there are pools of money where things come from and that, I believe was appropriations, is how the money gets to us. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but the FAA says they need. Was it roughly about 14,000 controllers? So with the 14,000 is the FAA fully prepared to pay for 14,000 controllers?

Question 29 - From my understanding, the highest ranking official at Duluth when Duffy visited was the level six fact, correct?
